What to include

Tell us your iPhone model, iOS version, app version, your role (parent, driver or administrator), and the steps that led to the issue. If you send a screenshot, hide children's details and other personal information. Never send your password.

Signing in or resetting a password

Your participating school, after-school program or transportation organization provides your account. Contact its administrator for account activation, a password reset or help linking your children.

A schedule or pickup looks incorrect

First check the selected date. For changes to a route, driver assignment, pickup location or a time-sensitive handoff, contact your transportation organization directly. Email technical support is not a live dispatch service.

Photos and permissions

Check the app's camera and photo permissions in iPhone Settings. You can continue using features that do not need a photo if you prefer not to grant access.

Location and pickup status

Location is recorded only with supported status actions, not through continuous background tracking. If location is unavailable, you can still complete the action. To correct an operational record, contact your organization.

Photo-assisted pickup and voice input

Photo matching is an optional on-device aid that requires a usable student photo provided by a parent. Images and face embeddings used during the check are not uploaded or persistently stored by the recognition process. Check every suggested match before confirming; manual pickup remains available. Smart scheduling and voice transcription, when configured, use cloud processing described in the privacy policy.

Privacy and deletion requests

Email chenli0741@gmail.com with the subject “KidLoop Rides Privacy” to request access, correction, account deletion or removal of a child's data. We may need to verify your identity and coordinate with your organization.
